Nice Côte d'Azur Airport sells passes for four lounges: one in each terminal for Schengen flights and one for non-Schengen flights. That makes choosing simple. Check your terminal, then whether your flight is within the Schengen area (most of Europe) or outside it (including the UK and long-haul), and you'll have one lounge to book.
