Seattle Airport Lounges (SEA): Concourse A & S Guide

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) has two Club lounges that sell advance passes: one in Concourse A and one in the S Concourse. Choose by departure gate: use Concourse A for A or B gates, and use Concourse S when departing from the S gates.

Every SEA gate is connected after security, but reaching the satellite concourses involves the underground train. Crossing the airport only for a lounge can consume a meaningful part of a short visit, so leave enough time to return to your gate.

This is the most practical paid lounge for A-gate departures and is also close to Concourse B. The airport places it near Gate A12, while the operator describes it as across from Gate A11. It is after security and open to passengers from any airline who meet the pass conditions.

The S Concourse lounge is the direct choice for S-gate flights. Take the elevator beside Gate S9 to the mezzanine; the airport describes the lounge as above Gate S10. Its position avoids an unnecessary train journey before boarding from the satellite concourse.

SEA also has Alaska Lounges in Concourses C, D and N; Delta lounges in Concourse A; the United Club near A9; the Centurion Lounge in the Central Terminal; and the British Airways lounge in Concourse S. Access normally depends on the relevant airline ticket, status, membership or card benefit. If entry is already included, compare that lounge's position with your gate before buying a separate pass.

A lounge is useful for a few hours before departure. For an overnight connection, late arrival or very early flight, a nearby SEA hotel gives you a private room and uninterrupted rest. Account for the hotel shuttle and security time when returning to the terminal.
